Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Oversee sales managers and staff to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for Individual as well as team Sales target as assigned from time to time.
  • Collaborate with upper management to create sales plans and set appropriate benchmarks for sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a highly-motivated sales team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and is prepared to provide world-class customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales team and take steps to correct performance.
  • Prepare budgets and closely monitor financial accountability of sales team
Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Proven branch management experience, as a manageror similar role
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
